I am always looking for new ways to workout and stay in shape. About a month ago I started a healthy living campaign with BeFit. BeFit is about transforming yourself naturally, which I am all for.
Being a part of their campaign was really great and I intend to continue with it. It included using their PRE-Workout, Whey Protein and BURN. It also included following their workout schedule. My plan for this campaign was to do these workouts in addition to my daily runs.

The workouts, which can be found on YouTube, were all approximately 10 minutes long and work all major parts of the body. The workouts are quick and powerful, and a great way to start the day. The workout schedule is very doable and some days have more than one workout.
The whey protein is good. I had a vanilla one. It mixed easily with water. PRE drink is a little sweet and the BURN has to be taken before your biggest meal. I was hoping to loss a few pounds with this campaign and am please that I lost 5 pounds. I’m very happy with the workouts and the results. I continue with BeFit.
