These Maple-Vanilla Candied Nuts are a tasty snack that is naturally sweet and great for when you want something sweet. They taste great, are crunchy, and go well with salads, desserts, or just by themselves.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed nuts such as almonds, pecans, walnuts
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 325F 160C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet
Put maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl and mix them together until they are well mixed
Put the mixed nuts in the bowl and mix them around until they are covered in the maple syrup mixture all over
Place the nuts on the baking sheet that has been prepared in a single layer
Bake the nuts for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring them once or twice, until they are golden and smell good
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down completely before you serve it
Keep in a container that keeps air out for up to a week
