Sauternes Wine and Saffron Jam with Edible Gold Flakes

Ingredients:

  • 500ml Sauternes wine
  • 300g granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon saffron threads

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine the Sauternes wine and saffron threads

Let it steep for 30 minutes to infuse the flavors

Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal them tightly

Allow the jam to cool to room temperature before storing it in the refrigerator
